Returns & Refunds Policy
At Healing Noni, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work, along with a few important exceptions for our perishable products.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at info@healingnoni.com with your order details. Once your return is requested and approved, you may ship the item to:

Please do not send items back before your return has been approved. Items received without a prior return request cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. After your return is approved, you may ship the item back using the carrier of your choice. If you would prefer that we provide a prepaid return label, we will let you know the cost of the label before issuing it.

Non-Returnable Items
For quality and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Raw Noni Juice. This product must be kept refrigerated and cannot be shipped back to us without spoiling in transit. For this reason, all sales of Raw Noni Juice are final.
  • Opened or unsealed perishable goods, including food products and supplements.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

If you have any questions about whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out before shipping it back.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@healingnoni.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a destination within the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without justification. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Please note that certain goods are exempt from this right under EU consumer law, including perishable goods and goods that are liable to deteriorate quickly. Our Raw Noni Juice and other refrigerated or perishable products fall within this exemption and are therefore not eligible for cancellation or return under the cooling-off period.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@healingnoni.com.
