Where We Ship

U.S. Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders throughout the contiguous United States.
Free shipping applies to orders within the contiguous United States only. 
We use FedEx 2nd Day Air to ensure fast delivery. Most orders arrive 2-3 business days after leaving our farm.

Alaska Shipping
Shipping to Alaska is available for an additional flat rate fee based on the weight of your order.
Shipping costs are calculated and collected at checkout.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide via FedEx International Economy with estimated delivery in 7-9 business days.
Shipping times and base rates vary by destination.
Customs, duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Order Processing and Timing
Once payment is received and processed, we aim to ship your order within 1 business day.
Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Carriers and Tracking
All shipments include a tracking number. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order ships.
We are responsible for shipping your package to the address provided. Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your order.

Signature Requirement
By default, carriers may leave your package at your door or with a neighbor and no signature is required.
If you prefer signature delivery, please leave a note in the Shipping instructions field at checkout.

Backorders and Partial Shipments
If an item is temporarily out of stock, you may still place your order.
Available items will ship within 1 business day and remaining items will ship as soon as they are back in stock at no additional shipping cost.

Order Changes and Cancellations
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us within 1 business day of placing it before the order ships.
Once an order has shipped, shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, we will replace the product at no cost to you.
Please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can arrange a prompt replacement.

Shipping Method Changes and Delays
We reserve the right to change carriers or shipping methods when necessary at no additional cost to you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by severe weather or natural disasters but will work with carriers to help resolve delays when possible.
If you would like a different carrier or expedited service, contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
